Halp Driver App is a medical transport hailing app that allows Halp User to request for an ambulance transport on-demand or by scheduled.
Halp User can request for an ambulance transport via the App, upon sending the request, the Ambulance Supervisor or Manager, will receive the notifications, by assessing the Halp User request for ambulance transport, the Supervisor can dispatch the request to his/ her ambulance team members on the road.
The Halp Driver App will receive the request. By accepting the request, the Halp User will receive a notification that the request is attended to, the ambulance team will be on its way to the pick up point. The ambulance team will attend to request from start to end, including collection of payment for the medical transport fare.
The Ambulance Operator has a back-end system to track all cases and manage team members and ambulance vehicles.
